Hexagonal Flasher Top - By Chris Palmer
Its recommended that you use thicker stiffer paper like elephant hide for the best results. Once you make all the creases, wrap a right rubberban around it when it is closed and soak it in water and let air dry. This make the paper get a stronger crease memory and the top will collapse and spin more. Hold opposite corner flaps apart and release to make it spin.
