any time You violate any provisions of this Service Agreement
implicitly or explicitly, Creased, Inc. retains the right to
terminate Your right to use Our Service. |

You shall only use
Creased.com for lawful purposes, You may not post or transmit
through or on creasd.com any material which violates or infringes
in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful,
threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity
rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which
encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give
rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which,
without Creased, Inc.'s express prior approval, contains
advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or
Services. Any conduct by a You that in Our discretion restricts or
inhibits any other User from using or enjoying Creased.com will
not be permitted. User shall not use Creased.com to advertise or
perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited
to, the solicitation of Users to become Users of other online
information Services competitive with Creased.com.
You shall not upload, post or
otherwise make available on Creased.com any material protected by
Copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the
express permission of the owner of the Copyright, trademark or
other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any
material is not protected by Copyright rests with You. You shall
be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of
copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from
such a submission. By submitting material to any public area of
Creased.com, You automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of
such material has expressly granted Creased.com the royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such
material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it
in other works in any form, media or technology now known or
hereafter developed for the full term of any Copyright that may
exist in such material. You also permit any other Users to access,
view, store or reproduce the material for that User's personal

are similar to someone else's creative work. Accordingly, We must
ask that You not send Us any such ideas. While We do value Your
feedback on Our Services and products, We request that You be
specific in Your comments on those Services and products and not

Inc. be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from

incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or

otherwise) exceed the amount paid by You if any, for accessing this Site,
but in no event shall the amount be greater than one hundred dollars

This Agreement
is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement
at any time by destroying all materials obtained from Creased.com and
all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof,
whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. This Agreement
will terminate immediately without notice from Creased, Inc. if in Creased,
Inc.'s sole discretion You fail to comply with any term or provision of
this Agreement. Upon termination, You must destroy all materials
obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the
terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

These
Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflict
of laws provisions or Your actual state or country of residence. If for
any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or
portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of
the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the
entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous
understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject
matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be
effective only if in writing and signed by Creased, Inc.

Conclusion |

If
any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any
reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed detachable
from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any remaining provisions. This is the entire Agreement between the
parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified
except in writing, signed by both parties.
