Reseller FAQs

  • Is there a minimum order?
    No. You can order one card or as many as you wish of each item.

  • Do you provide Net 30 terms?
    Yes, to established customers. Once you've placed an order with us, we can shift you to invoicing status.

  • How can I pay for our first order?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also make special arrangements for payment by COD using UPS. If you want to pay by company check for first orders, we will ship to you at time of clearance.

  • How do I set up an account?
    Just fill in the Account Application and fax it to us at (810) 815-8106. Make sure to include your reseller license ID. If you're placing your first order, you can fax your application along with your order form.

  • How do I place my order?
    Call us or email us to get our current price list. Then just find the products you like in our reseller Product Listing and add them to your order form (to get the form, go to our Forms page). Established customers will be given a login and password allowing them to place reorders online directly from our catalog.

  • What products are available for resale?
    The Creased line of handmade origami greeting cards and gifts are available for resale. We do not resell our origami paper and supplies, although we may be able to make special arrangements with you on a case-by-case basis.

  • Can I phone in my order?
    Sure. Just call us toll free at (866) CREASED and we'll walk it through with you. You can also email your reorders (don't sent credit card information via email).

  • Where are you located? How long will it take to ship? What do you charge for shipping?
    We are located in New York City. Unless special arrangements are made to the contrary we will ship by surface mail (ground). The raw cost of shipping will be added to your invoice.

  • Will I be able to track my order?
    We always keep tracking information on our reseller shipments. If you want an update on the status of your order, just email us or call us and we'll follow up on it.

  • What if I have other questions?
    Just email us or call us and we'll be happy to help you out. Thanks for visiting us and we look forward to working with you.
